How Booking Works
Nusfjord cabins and Arctic experiences are secured well in advance. Departures are confirmed once minimum numbers are reached.
- Option 1: Deposit — S$750 to secure your place and locks in your cabin. Balance due 100 days before departure. If minimum not reached: full refund or alternative date — your choice.
- Option 2: Full Payment — Pay in full at booking. If minimum not reached: full amount refunded or transferred — your choice.
- Group minimum —10 confirmed travellers to operate
Once your departure is confirmed, payment is non-refundable — this is because your cabin, your coastal voyage berth, and your experiences are secured the moment you join.

Good To Know
- Northern Lights — Six nights in Aurora territory across Lofoten and Tromsø during autumn. The aurora is a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed.
- Conditions — Cool autumn weather, changing landscapes, and outdoor Arctic activities in variable conditions.
- Fitness — Good general health required. Expect cold temperatures, wind, and walking on snow or uneven terrain.
- Rooms — Every traveller has a private room or cabin. There are no twin-share arrangements on this journey
- Solo comfort — This journey is designed for people travelling alone. You do not need a companion. Everyone on this trip is in the same position.
- Optional experiences — A small number of additional activities are available during free time (kayaking, additional aurora hunts, fjord cruises). These can be arranged on request and are at own cost.
- Itinerary changes — Arctic weather may require adjustments to timing or routing. All changes are made with safety and experience quality in mind.
